Shipping terms

Depending on availability, we normally ship within 2 to 3 business days from our New Jersey warehouse. Please allow 8 to 10 days for receipt of your order. In the event that an item is not in stock we will special order it from Germany which may take 10 to 12 weeks. Backorders will ship immediately once they are received in our warehouse. We will not charge additional shipping fees for backorder shipments.

When selecting standard shipping, we may ship at our discretion via UPS or FedEx Ground or the US Postal Service. Shipping charges to the Continental USA are $8.75 for orders up to $49.99, $11.95 for orders from $50.00 through $99.99 and $13.95 for orders of $100.00 and up. For deliveries outside the continental USA (e.g. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands) we will add $10.00 to the respective charge. When available, expedited shipping services may be selected at checkout where costs will be shown. Expedited shipping services apply after our standard order processing period (2 to 3 business days) and the shipment is picked up by the carrier. Additionally, the date of delivery is subject to the delivery policies of the carrier handling your order.
