Purchasing and Shipping Terms
Orders will be processed in the order they are received. Depending on availability, we normally ship within 2 to 3 business days from our New Jersey warehouse. Please allow 8 to 10 days for receipt of your order. In the event that an item is not in stock we will special order it from Germany which may take 10 to 12 weeks. Backorders will ship immediately once they are received in our warehouse. We will not charge additional shipping fees for backorder shipments.
When selecting standard shipping, we may ship at our discretion via UPS or FedEx Ground or the US Postal Service. Shipping charges to the Continental USA are $8.75 for orders up to $49.99, $11.95 for orders from $50.00 through $99.99 and $13.95 for orders of $100.00 and up. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands add $10.00 to the respective charge. Charges are based on the undiscounted full retail price of the articles. International customers, APO / FPO addresses and customers residing in U.S. Territories in the Pacific please e-mail your order to email@example.com to inquire about shipping costs.
Expedited shipping services may be selected at checkout where costs will be shown. Expedited shipping services apply after our standard order processing period (2 to 3 business days) and the shipment is picked up by the carrier. Additionally, the date of delivery is subject to the delivery policies of the carrier handling your order.
For online orders we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and PayPal.
Sales tax will be added when orders are shipped to the following states:
New Jersey: 6.625%
New York: 7.0%
We will only charge your credit card when items are in stock and ready to be shipped.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your merchandise. Please contact us for an RMA number prior to initiating any exchanges or returns. All requests for returns must be made and received within 30 days of the original shipping date. The box must include the RMA number. Please include a note with the reason for your return or inquire about details by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at 201-342-1513 or 888-269-1513 (toll-free). Be sure to include your order number in the communication.
If we shipped defective or incorrect merchandise we will reimburse you for the return shipping charges and will exchange for proper merchandise. If we shipped the correct merchandise but you are dissatisfied we will refund the full value of all merchandise returned in sellable condition with all packaging materials. A restocking fee may apply if we need to inspect returned merchandise.
Important: We cannot accept returns which are improperly packaged and reach us in damaged condition or do not have a RMA number included on the box. We strongly recommend that you return merchandise in the same packaging that you received it in. We suggest insuring your return shipment.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will use your personal data for processing your order. However, with the exception of the shipping provider (UPS, FedEx, or the US Postal Service), we will not share or sell your personal data with other companies or organizations for marketing or any other reasons. We may send you a limited number of special offers or catalog updates throughout the year but will stop doing so if you let us know that you no longer wish to receive them.
